Another day of travelling beckons - this time back to London. Our host picked us up and took us to the airport which was a godsend. Napoli airport is quite small and compact and security etc wasn't a big deal.
Back in London my daughter and I went our separate ways and I headed to Earls Court to my hotel for the next two nights.
Conveniently positioned 3 minutes from Earls Court Tube station the Heeton Concept Hotel is undergoing modernisation. That said, my room was compact but had most of what I needed; a bed, a shower room, and that was about it. Not much space but fine for one person for two nights. No desk, just a very small table with the kettle. The wifi was serviceable though.
I met up with Sarah again near Leicester Square for a night at the theatre - we saw Dear Evan Hansen at the Noel Coward Theatre. Highly recommended if you are in London and can get tickets. Like most shows, you need to book in advance.
I am always amazed how even a short journey takes so long and is relatively tiring, so it was back to the hotel and a reasonably early night!
Tennis beckons tomorrow.
